An old word that should have been forgotten is making the news again and it is "Puzzlewit". When first looked at it sounds like some screwy game for kids made by Milton Bradley, but the puzzlewit definition has actually been replaced in our more modern time by the word stupid.Theodore Roosevelt called his successor William Howard Taft a “puzzlewit” and a “fathead.”
So if you are getting tired of calling your friends the same ol' boring names try this one on for size. "Man you aren't nothing' but a puzzlewit!"
